August 3 : The featured Pokémon is  Magnemite  and the special bonus is  2x Catch Stardust .

Starts: Monday, August 2,   at 1:30 AM GMT+5:30 Ends: Thursday, September 2,   at 1:30 AM GMT+5:30   For the month of August, Trainers will encounter Chimecho, the Wind Chime Pokémon, in Research Breakthrough encounters. You will also receive twice the XP when you achieve a Research Breakthrough. Double XP for Research Breakthroughs will continue throughout the Season of Discovery.

Starts: Friday, July 23,  at 10:00, AM Local Time Ends: Friday, August 6,   at 10:00 AM Local Time From June 1, 2021, only one Pokémon will be appearing in Mega Raids at a time.
